My first post! Well, as the title states, this is an online journal of my experiences as a 3rd year medical student. I will be ambitious here and say that I will keep this up-to-date (even though I will be working 7 days a week in clinics and hospitals around the Fort Worth and Northeast Texas area) for the next year, after which time I will start another blog titled Medical school - year 4.

Of course, I could be only fooling myself by thinking I can ever keep something of this magnitude up and running. I guess only time will tell.  ¶ 9:42 PM
